Privacy notice

When you request a flight we collect the details you enter (name, email, phone, trip details and notes). We use them only to handle your request: the request is emailed to the operator who will fulfill your flight (for Detroit, our inaugural partner MyFlight Tours), and a copy is kept by ASX. Form delivery is handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). We do not sell your information and this site does not use advertising trackers. To access or delete your information, email [email protected].

Terms

SWING is a booking service that lets you request quotes for flight tours and charters from independent, certificated aircraft operators. SWING does not operate aircraft. The operator who flies your trip (in Detroit, MyFlight Tours, an FAA Part 135 operator) is the operator of record and confirms availability, pricing, payment, cancellation and safety requirements directly with you. Prices on this site are starting-at guidance; the operator’s quote governs. Submitting a request does not create a booking until confirmed by the operator. Flights are subject to weather, airspace, weight limits and aircraft availability. Electric and other advanced air mobility aircraft (eVTOL/VTOL) and light-sport access mentioned on this site are a future vision and are not available for booking; companies named are examples only and no partnership is implied. Cities marked “Coming soon” are not yet bookable.

MyFlight Tours is a separate company and SWING’s inaugural operator partner; its name is used to identify the operator of Detroit flights. SWING and swing.aero are trademarks of Airspace Experience Technologies, Inc.
